Meet the Inspector
Veteran-Owned | Precision-Focused | Serving the Fox Valley
I’m Jeremy Huss, owner and inspector behind True Point Inspections—but first and foremost, I’m a husband to my wife, Kayla, and a father to our children. My family is the foundation for everything I do. I know firsthand that a home isn’t just a structure—it’s where your family lives, grows, and feels safe.
After more than 20 years as a U.S. Marine, I built my career on precision, disciplined observation, and clear, actionable reporting. Today, I bring that same level of attention and accountability to every home inspection—because I approach each home as if my own family were moving into it.
As a Kaukauna native, I’m proud to serve homeowners, buyers, and sellers throughout the Fox Valley. The values I bring to my work—honesty, reliability, and attention to detail—are the same ones I live by at home with my family.
In the Marine Corps, success depended on identifying critical details, assessing complex situations, and communicating clearly under pressure. Those same principles now guide every inspection—ensuring nothing important is overlooked and every client gets the full picture.
My mission is simple:
Provide thorough, unbiased inspections and clear reporting so clients can make confident decisions about their homes—because when it comes to where your family lives, nothing should be left to chance.

What to Expect During Your Inspection
A home inspection provides a clear snapshot of a property’s current condition.
During the inspection, we evaluate all major systems and accessible components, including:
Roof and exterior
Structure and foundation
Electrical and plumbing systems
Heating and cooling systems
Attic and insulation
Interior components
Most inspections take 2–3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home.
Clients are always encouraged to attend. Walking the property together allows you to ask questions and gain a better understanding of how the home functions.
After the inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive digital report with photos, findings, and recommended next steps.
Our Inspection Standards
True Point Inspections follows established professional standards to ensure every inspection is consistent, thorough, and objective.
A home inspection is a visual evaluation of accessible systems and components at the time of the inspection. The goal is to identify:
Material defects
Safety concerns
Items needing repair or further evaluation
While comprehensive, an inspection is not technically exhaustive and cannot predict future performance. Instead, it provides a clear, accurate snapshot of the home’s condition on the day of inspection.
